Preparation:
250 g powder + 425 ml water = 675 g finished dough = 8-10 dosas*
*for dosas with a diameter of approx. 20 cm
- Mixing: Place the powder in a bowl and add water in a 1:1 ratio by volume. Stir until a smooth batter is formed.
- Adjust the consistency: If necessary, add a little more water until the dough is slightly runny. Add salt to taste and leave to rest for 7-8 minutes.
- Bake: Pour some batter on a medium hot pan (tawa) and spread evenly. Drizzle with ghee or oil and bake until golden brown and crispy. Turn as desired.
