10 surprise packages are waiting!

We are giving away 10 surprise packages with Indian specialties from our range to people living in Dessau-Roßlau. The packages contain, among other things:
1x Bedekar Misal main course 350g
2x snacks (e.g. chili garlic crackers, masala samosa, corn chakali sticks or others)
5xkhakra in different varieties

We would like to say thank you to our home town - with 10 lovingly packed surprise packages.

All products come from the MH12.store and have a best before date - but are of course still edible.

This campaign is not a sale - it is a thank you to Dessau.

In our store, we work responsibly with food.

We would rather give away anything that is too good to throw away - as long as it is still fresh and safe.

The packages contain items with a best-before date from 01.06.2025. Delivery will take place on 29.05.2025.

Do you live in Dessau-Roßlau? Then you can take part - without registration, without a form.

Simply comment "I'm in!" or write us a short message.

Important: Participation is free of charge. We will contact the winners directly.

On May 29, we'll be visiting you in person - with a package full of delights.

We will contact you in advance for the address and time.

And of course: This competition is not organized by Facebook, Instagram or Meta, but by MH12.Shop.

2. eligibility to participate:

All natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Dessau-Roßlau are eligible to participate.

3. participation period:

The competition runs from 26.05.2025 to 28.05.2025.

4. Participation:

Participation is by commenting “I’m in!” under our Facebook or Instagram post, or by sending a private message to our Facebook or Instagram page.

5th prize:

10 surprise packages with Indian specialties will be awarded. Cash payment of the prize is excluded.

6. selection procedure:

The winners will be selected at random and notified on 29.05.2025.

7. handover:

The packages will be handed over to the winners in person in Dessau-Roßlau on May 29, 2025.

8. data protection:

The data collected as part of the competition will only be used to run the competition and will not be passed on to third parties. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

9. liability:

The organizer is not liable for technical faults that could affect participation in the competition.

10. legal recourse:

Legal recourse is excluded with regard to the drawing of the winners.

Addition from 28.05.2025:

The draw will take place on May 29, 2025 by random selection.

The winners will be notified via private message or comment on Facebook/Instagram.

If no response is received within 48 hours, a replacement winner will be drawn.

The personal data (name, address, contact details) will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be deleted afterwards.

The handover will take place in person in Dessau-Roßlau on May 29, 2025.

No proof of handover is required – confirmation is provided by an entry in the handover protocol.
